before stepping inside.
The platform workspaces are for city administrators, enterprises and Tera Askebaris. Drivers interact through the trip payment and reusable card workflows; the driver is not a fourth administration role.
City administrators can configure route service fees. A queued trip keeps the fee recorded when it was added, so changing a route fee does not rewrite that trip’s history.
The old card should be blocked and a replacement linked to the same taxi credit account. The credit balance belongs to the account, not the printed card. Contact the managing enterprise for assistance.
Tera is a terminal management platform designed to connect city administration, enterprises and Tera Askebaris. It brings terminal records, staff assignments, taxi queues and trip payment records into one workflow.
City administrators oversee terminals and enterprise allocations. Enterprises manage their assigned terminals and workers. Tera Askebaris use a mobile-focused workspace to manage queues and departures.
A card identifies a taxi’s credit account. After a confirmed recharge, a worker can scan the assigned card, review the matching taxi and trip fee, then confirm a deduction. The balance stays in the system, rather than on the printed card.
The platform is designed for Telebirr payments and prepaid credit funded through Telebirr. Cash collection is not part of the workflow.
